This is the place to watch for all the photos from various Car shows around here. Soon I'll have pics from Showfest 99, NOPI Nationals, Halloween Fest, and pics of the Southern Customz vehicles. Just give me time to shoot 'em and scan 'em!

Godfather Customs Truckin' Super Show

Georgia International Horse Park- Conyers, GA - August 20-21, 1999

ToyotaBa.jpg (158668 bytes) This Toyota was so clean. I didn't get to check it out but for a second, but I do know that it was body-dropped with a targa top. It also sported sparkle paint and an impressive interior.
BFGOODRICH SEEKER

This is the showtruck for BFGoodrich Scorcher T/A tires. It's a lot like my truck. The tires sport two self-renewing color stripes, and yes, they do leave yellow streaks after a burnout. The kid is my little brother Alan.

LimeCivi.jpg (177156 bytes) Shhh... I know...

This was my favorite Civic from the show. The interior is all in yellow and lime, and had one of those clean A/V in-dash receivers. A pic of the all-yellow Civic should be in soon...

M & M's Truck

This was Alan's favorite truck at the show. As to why there's an older-model bed on here, I dunno! This was one of the vehicles whose owner I never got to chat with.

Also, I never got a pic of it, but the van in the background has a full-length ragtop and a clean interior.

RealRedS.jpg (157632 bytes) The Midnight Fox

No, this is NOT Code Red- just a clever imposter. The engine work on this truck was really nice, as was the carpetting in the bed. The owner was very nice and had lots of information, and told me outright that it was cool to take pics. Whoever you are, thanx a million- you were the nicest showgoer I found there.

Hydro-Power F-150

Ok, this was the first big show I'd ever been to, and when we walked up, this truck was sitting on the ground. Now I've never seen hydros before, and, as I walked around the truck, it jumped up to eye level. Talk about cool! The hydros on this truck were really awesome too.

FloweryB.jpg (169763 bytes) Plotshop "Hippy" Bug

The Plotshop, the company that did my Xtreme logos, did the vinyl graphics on this car. They're very good and their prices stand out, I recommend them.

Not sure of much about this Sub, I never actually saw it. My dad took all these pics since my camera died. There was another one there a lot like this that had an impressive sound setup with nine Rockford Fosgate 15" DVC subs, but I can't say for sure if this was it or not. BlackSub.jpg (161104 bytes)
bfgoodri.jpg (163782 bytes) BFGOODRICH GMC Sierra

This is BFG's other show truck that was there. I never got a good look at this one but the color scheme is impressive. I liked this truck a lot.

Here's a shot of HeartBeat, the truck I had before I picked up the Code. It's a 1996 S-10. It also had the V6 but not the ZQ8 suspension pack. I miss the third door and the chrome fender trim. I got into Dirty South Customs, the previous incarnation of Southern Customs, with this truck, but due to some internal problems, that group broke up. I gave up this truck about 2 months ago. At one point I added some fog lights to it, and put the factory rims from the truck I have now (which at the time belonged to my grandpa) on it. This is one of the few pics I have of that truck in its glory days.

HeartBeat- 1996 Chevy S-10

This is me with Code Red in one of its earlier looks, about a week after I got my rims. Note some of the changes I have now: The grill and bowtie are now black, the Rockford Fosgate logo on the windshield has been replaced with a Code Red one, and there are headlight covers and halogen fog lights on the front now. Also, I am now using lower profile tires. This is the first photo of my new truck after I got it.
